Our botanical extract is a cold infusion made with Colombian cinchona bark. The cinchona is an Andean species with high cultural and historical value. Its particular aroma and strong woody and bitter notes make it an ideal ingredient to be used in tonic drinks. Our formulation in combination of the applied extraction technology allows to obtain a perfectly balanced extract between the woody notes of the bark and the tonic effect of quinine. It is an ideal ingredient for cocktails and mixers.
